What is the Spring Challenge?

It’s a 12-week Challenge designed to motivate you to train consistently (run, walk, spin, strength, yoga…) through the spring season. Our goal is to keep moving and training, and keep the year going on a positive note!

Challenge yourself to get your miles in this spring, train for the Spring Race Series, and boost your workout consistency with the Spring Streak! You will train smarter and more consistently, and Coach Jenny and the Challenge Nation will support you every step of the way! Join the Spring Challenge (April 12-July 4), or join us for the remaining 3 seasons in 2021!
